How Cylinder Heads Seal and Control Combustion

Cylinder heads bolt to the engine block and create closed chambers where fuel ignites under pressure. Internal passages allow coolant to flow and regulate operating temperature. The Nissan NV200 and Nissan Xterra use cylinder head designs specific to their engine configurations and power requirements.
